This consultation is about getting to know each other and seeing if i'm a good support person for you and your family! We will meet at a local coffee shop and just talk over what your looking for and what I stand for!

What to bring:

- An idea of the kind of support your looking for

- A note pad

- Any family members you would like to be with you

- Any questions about me or what care I offer

Birth Package

$1800 + HST

2 prenatal visit (2 hours each)
On call 3 weeks from your due date
Support throughout your labour and delivery including 1-3 hours post delivery
Support by e-mail, text and telephone throughout your pregnancy and 6 weeks postpartum
2 postpartum (8 hours total) postpartum shift is a minimum of 3 hours of support
Your Choice of 1 extra prenatal visit (2hrs) or a postpartum visit (3hrs)

Postpartum package

$1000 + HST

Postpartum care package of 25 hrs of care which includes;
1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
Light house cleaning; tidying the home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing etc.
Lactation and feeding support
Maternal/Paternal self care check in
Return to work transition(s)

Extra hours can be purchased for $40.00 an hour +HST on top of package

Minimum of 3 hour visits

Sibling doula support

$650 + HST

This package is for families looking for someone to support their little ones during labor and immediate postpartum.

One prenatal “playdate” visit to build connection with your child and review routines, comfort items, and triggers. (about 60 minutes in duration)
Up to 12 hours of sibling care during labor and immediate postpartum—with toddler-safe play, comforting presence, and gentle explanations of what’s happening.
Why families love it: Simple, grounding support—perfect for easing transition and ensuring your child feels seen while you focus on birth.

Maternity photo shoot

$300 + HST

Up to a 1 hour photo shoot with just you, your partner or your partner and children
capturing options include, studio set up in your home, or in an outdoor setting of your choice
30-40 edited photos with the option to purchase more
